Director & Master Coach
Coach Felicia has been an inaugural coach in our program since 2019. She started with helping Direct and Coach our Lax On LI Summer Camp in 2019. In 2019, she help start our Lax On Elite 2022 & 2026s teams alongside Director, Vanessa Windsor. Our 2022s, were ranked Top 50 in the Nation and all 24 players went on to play collegiate lacrosse. The Lax On Elite 2026, are poised to do the same as they make their debut on the recruitment trail starting with IWLCA President's Cup in December of 2023. Now, she has taken on our younger years to help provide the same foundation.
Coaching & Playing Experience
Present Day: Lax On Elite 2029 Team
Today, Felicia is the new Head Coach of our 2029 team. She has helped them in one short season get a National ranking while building their confidence on and off the field. She has been an instrumental part of growing this team in their skills, lacrosse IQ, and off field chemistry. When Coach Felicia is not on the field she is a NICU Nurse for her day job.
US LACROSSE ALL- TIME BLACK WOMEN'S LACROSSE TEAM
On February 25th, 2021, Felicia Mills, was named to the US Lacrosse All Time Black Women's Lacrosse Team.
