LAX ON FALL RECAP

It was an exciting fall for our Lax On family! Our fall training players worked so hard on the field. 8 weeks of over 50 players from 2029s- 2021s came out on their off days of practice and worked hard in developing their skills and speed. Our 2028/2029 training players attended the LI ELITE 7 V 7 as a training team and went 2-1 for the day. It was a great way to showcase all their hard work from training and we had a lot of fun! We will be adding a 2028/2029 Lax On Elite Spring of 2021

During the Fall our Master Coaches became certified in The Speed System. This is a science-based speed training system for all ages and athletes that is proven to increase speed and quickness. This speed training is incorporated into all of our training sessions.
Lax On Elite teams thrived within their Fall debut. Our Lax On Elite 25′ team showcased in three tournaments goin 5-3 this tournament season. They had 2X a week practice and really became a big family. It was truly amazing to see these girls enjoy every moment on and off the field.
Our Lax On Elite 22′ team lead the way with putting our club side on the map. As a first season club we were recognized as National Club Team of The Week by US Club Lacrosse ( see publication here)
We had many of our elite players attend DI UND1SPUTED showcase by Li Lax Showcases. We had six of our players nominated as UND1SPUTED All Stars ( see publication here)

Our Lax On Elite 22′ team went 4-1-0 this fall season. An incredible accomplished right out of the gates and played in the advanced brackets at Platinum Games & The Fall Classic.
We are so grateful to the lacrosse community for welcoming our elite teams and many Long Island programs such as FLG & LI Yellow Jackets for helping us prepare for our fall debut through some great scrimmages.
To end a great fall season we are happy to announce our first commitments of our Lax On Elite 22′ team.
